For this valentine celebration, simple elegance was the emphasis. Sashes match napkins to match roses. The menu featured an appetizer of melon wrapped in prosciutto ham and heart shaped shrimp spread hors d'oeuvres. Dinner including: shrimp in plantain salsa with sweet potatoes appetizer and an entré of roast duck, rice pilaf, stuffing and bok choy.
