CARAWAY SEEDS - Natural fragrant; Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands - Traditional rye dread, German cakes, sauerkraut, roast pork, potato salad.    Black bitter; India, Iran, Pakistan. - Bagels, breads, spice mixes.

CILANTRO - USA, South America, India. - Gives a distinct lift to salsas, chutneys, soups, Thai and Vietnamese cuisine.
